Izzy passed her first hunting
test (ZV) with a first price (188 points) and was best in her group

This year the Winterwater Creek's team travelled
again to Karlsruhe in the South/West of Germany to participate at this
big and always very well organised double Show.
Saturday - the English Springers where judged by Yvette Pieprzky (France)
and our team was represented by
Yumi (Winterwater Creek's Indian Summer), Isko (Winterwater
Creek's I'm Yours) - both 9 month old and by
their mummy Moni "Moni od Stroupinskeho Potoka.

went over the rainbow bridge at the age of 14 years and 7 month.
She was a big fighter, a wonderful girl with a most lovely temperament!
We miss her so much!

At the beginning of October a group of
Winterwater Creek's Springers and thier owners
met for a hiking weekend in the mountains close to Salzburg

The puppies have been vaccinated - checked by
the Vet and a repesentative of our breed Club
All 10 puppies have been found to be in excellent health and are very soon
ready to leave to their new homes where there are already very much expected!
Our "I-litter" is now 7 weeks old and already
made some exciting trips combined with
travels by car:
The first trip started with an 10 km drive to
the South of the city of Salzburg
The second trip strted
with a 35 km long
car travel
The puppies managed the
trips very well and I am really proud of them!

At this show our team was presented this year by the
two youngsters Henry "Winterwater Creek's Hello Henry" and Katie "Winterwater
Creek's Hell's Angel".
Both were presented by their owners Stephanie and Arthur who handled the
first time ever at a show.
Henry won Junior class with excellent 1,
got the Junior CC and a wonderful judge report
Huge congratulations to the
onwers of the boy for doing so well with him at the first show!
Katie was in season and found other things to be much more important then
showing her wonderful movement.
But we are all quite sure that this will be different the next time....

successful second Advent weekend in Wels we have got a new Austrian and
International Show Champion!
Saturday the English Springers were judged by Andrea Kührer.
Marlon - "Winterwater Creek's Great Britain Made" got the
CACIB, was Best of Breed (BOB) and shortlisted in a very strong Group 8.
The second day the English Springer were judged by Spaniel specialist
Maria-Luise Doppelreiter. Marlon won his 10th CACIB and was again Best
of Breed.
With this win the boy got in the shortest time possible his Austrian and
International Show Champion title.
In a again very strong group 8 Marlon was finally BIG-4!

International Show in St. Gallen/Switzerland with Crufts Qualification
Thursday morning (May 8th) I started together with the onwer of Marlon /Winterwater Creek's Great Britain Made the travel to Dortmund/Germany where the yearly VDH - European Winner show was held.
To our big joy Marlon won in strong competition (entry of 36 ESS) out of intermediate class the VDH European Winner title (CACIB and Crufts Qualification) and was best male (BOS).

We celebrated this wonderful success togehter with the owners of Marlon's sister
Elli (Winterwater Creek's Greatest Gift) Stepanka and Ales near Cologne in
Bergish Gladbach!

The next day we left towards South to lake constance and later on to St. Gallen/Switzerland where the Swiss Crufts qualifying show was organized.
Our team was presented by Bajka and Marlon who did bith a great job:

Crufts qualification for 2015 and was Best of Breed (BOB)

St. Gallen we spent two lovely days in the mountains with dear friends close to
the Austrian and Swiss border.

We are celebrating a new Austrian Clubchampion

under judge Soile Bister from Finland.
With this win the boy also qualified for the Austrian Club Champion title.
The day before at the International show, Marlon won intermediate class with

Wels/Austria. And all three did really well:
Felix won on both days open class with excellent 1 and CACA,
Spencer won on both days Championclass, was Best Male (BOS)
on Saturday with CACA/CACIB and got CACA/Res-CACIB on Sunday.
Yongster Marlon, the first time shown in Intermediate Class in
Austria was éxcellent 1, CACA and Res-CACIB on Saturday and excellent
2 with Res-CACA on Sunday.

This year Eva-Maria Hübler with Spencer & Marlon and I with Bajka decided to travel together to Dortmund for taking part in the Vdh-Europan Winner show.
The long way from Salzburg
to Westalen was worth the travel, we had lots of fun and success! .

travel to Kent - located in the beautiful South of England

The lovely area around our B&B. Here we could do lovely and long walks with the dogs, both humans and springers enjoyed a lot!

forechest, nice angulation, very nice construction of body with a nice topline,
good coat, moves very well with a typical movement and a lot of elegance, very

Sometimes things do not work out as
planned - and so was it also with Bajka's planned litter for End of November!
After a first disappointment we are making now new plans and hope very much for
a litter to be born after this lovely girl next spring!

We have been to the Vet with Lena to have an ultrasound done. The so nice
result is, that the girl is expecting puppies after Dustin at the
begninning of April! We are so happy and are so much looking forward to
that litter!
The same day we also received the news that Spencer (Winterwater Creek's Especially for You) was PRA-Cord 1 tested - and was found to be free of the mutation.

we started very early in the morning our way up to Sint Truiden - to take part
at the Clubwinnershow of the Belgium Spaniel - Club. Breed Specialist Frank
Kane was invited to judge the Spaniels - and got the entry of 140 spaniels!
Tanja (Trollängens SHE) got the CAC, was Best of Breed, Best in Show - 3 , and
BIS-Spaniel holding a Working certificate. Our girl got from Frank Kane a
lovely judge report!
Lena (Trollängens Blues) got the Res-CAC out of Champion class.

We stayed at the beautiful Chateau de la Motte, where we spent three wonderful days!
Lena (Trollängens Blues) and her daughter Biber (Winterwater Creek's Comtesse de Lancy - Bes.: Eveyln Köstle) have been to the eye-check!
6 years old Lena is still free of all hereditary eye-diseases - her daughter Biber was also found to be clear - like all progeny of Lena that has been checked up to now!

We got wonderful news from two lovely sons of Lena:

End of August "Derek" - Winterwater Creek's Dream Wizzard (Owner. Kennel Klamargarden) passed two times the "advanced" hunting test (EAP) and was best Spaniel of the day!

During summertime "Indy" - Winterwater Creek's Devil in Disquise was several times shown sucessfully in Slovenia and Croatia! His success includes two Best of Breed wins, one at the International dog show in Osijek and one at the all breed show in Trbovjle!

Winterwater Creek's Devil in Disquise "Indy" wins one more CACIB and is Best of Breed under judge Vilmos Kardos from Hungary!

Our travel to Sweden/Denmark and Belgium - June 2010:
Beginning of the year the idea was born to visit this year in June the Triple summer dog shows in Jönköping (Sweden) and to combine the trip with the participaton at the world dog show in Denmark as well as at the Clubshow in Belgium.
We started our trip Thurdsay 17th of June very early in the morning. Starting in Salzburg, we had a distance of about 1.100 km to drive to Kiel, where the Ferry-boat to Göetborg was waiting for us. The trip by boat from Germany to Sweden was a very nice experience for us we enjoyed a lot!

After the arrival in Göteborg we continued our travel to Jönköping - a typical Swedish town south of the huge lake "Vättern". Our hotel - Scandic Elmia - was located directly at the show ground.

Lena won two days the Res-CACIB, the CC and finished (after Tanja also) her Swedish as well as her International Show Champion title!

After the days in Jönköping we travelled south to Aled near Halmstad to visit Anette and Matti (Kennel Trollängens). We spent some nice days in the area and could relax a little.The dogs had lots of fun in the woods and enjoyed to swim in the nearby lake. Thanks a lot Anette and Matti for the great hospitality!

After the nice days in Sweden we countinued our travel to Denmark where the World dog show took place on 24th of June. We stayed for three nights at a farmhouse near Viborg.
The World Dog Show took place in Herning. There was a total entry of about 20.000 dogs and of 133 English Springers. The English Springer males were judged by Per Iversen from Norway and the bitches by Susi Svoldgard from Denmark.
Our Tanja made us very proud by winning the Res-World winner title in very strong competition and at the age of 7 years!
After the World dog show we "took a day off" - and enjoyed a very nice day together with friends! Many thanks to Norbert and Olli for the excellent "Midsummer-dinner"!
Saturday we continued our travel to the last destination of our trip: Belgium - exactly - Sint Truiden - also to take part in the Clubhsow of the Sporting Spaniel Association.
We stayed for two nights at Chateau de la Motte - beautiful place in lovely surroundings:
The Clubshow had an entry of 155 Spaniels - judge for English Springers was Mr. John Thirlwell from England.
Lovely Tanja was again very successful - she got the Clubwinner title was Best of Breed and BIS-2, Lena was 2nd best bitch and got the Res-CAC.

We had very nice visitors from Prague here!
Marketa Prochazkova and Bau (Winterwater Creek's Daredevil) have been to Salzburg.
Friday Bau has been to the veterinary clinic to have the eye - (incl. Gonio.)and hipcheck done.
The so positive results of these checks were: free of all hereditary eye diseases and the hip - score result: A (best possible!)
Saturday Markéta participated with Bau at the International dog show held every May in Salzburg. The boy got excellent 1, CACA and CACIB!

March 6th and 7th 2010 - Graz :
After a very difficult time we decided to travel to Graz this year, also to meet some dear friends and to get some new thoughts.
Saturday the International dog show took place - judge for Spaniels was Mr. K. P. Reisinger (Austria).
Spencer (Winterwater Creek's Especially for You) celebrated the successful start of his show carreer: He got very promissing in puppy class, was BOB puppy and finally BIS-4 puppy all breeds in the big main ring.

At her first show Biber (Comtesse de Lancy) got in open class: very good 1. Owner. Evelyn Köstle)
At the Clubshow Mr. Rui Oliveira from Portugal was invited as judge. 102 Spaniels had been entered on that day.
"Our" team was wonderful represented by Bajka (Dancing Queen) who was Clubwinner, Best of Breed and best Spaniel out of an Austrian Kennel (LG-Steiermark, Kärnten, Osttirol).

March 6th 2010 München:
This year the Winterwater Creek's team has been excellent represented in Munich by Maggie (Winterwater Creek's Duchess of Dots)
Maggie won intermediate class with excellent 1, got the CC, CACIB and was finally Best of Breed. Judge was: Mrs. Sonja Junge (Germany)

End of January my dear mother lost her very brave battle against cancer!
She was an important part of Kennel Winterwater Creek's and took excellent care of the whole Winterwater Creek's team. We do miss her a lot!

December 5th 2009 - Wels (Austra)
On December 5th we travelled to Wels to participate at the international dog show held during the day and to take part in the competition "Austrian Superchampion 2009" - Tanja was invited to.
At the international Show the English Springers were judged by Mrs. E. Weselik - Preissl. Tanja presented herself very well got the CACIB and was finally Best of breed.

Later in the afternoon the competition "Austrian Superchampion 2009" started with the selection of the best male and the best bitch of each FCI-group. Tanja did again a great job in the ring - won her group and so we had to wait for the finals starting at 8:00 pm.
This evening finally turned out to be Tanja's very special one. It was great moment for us when the international comitee (consisting of 8 judges) finally decided for Tanja to be Austrian Superchampion 2009 (all breeds).

Wintewater Creek's Dancing Queen "Bajka" presented the Winterwater Creek's ESS at the jubilee triple CACIB-shows of the Austrian Kennel Club! And what a great job this young girl did!
The 15 month old bitch won at all three shows the Youth class with excellent and was Best Junior. She managed to win during the weekend the following titles: Middle East European Junior Winner, Centennial Junior Winner and finally Austrian Junior Champion!

international dog show taking place once a year in our hometown.

the Judge Mrs. Kappentjin from Germany Tanja made us proud by winning CACIB and by being Best of

April, 19 2009 International Dog show in Odzaci
Queeny (Winterwater Creek's Caribbean Queen) is after a 4 month break back in the show ring and starts the first time in intermediatel class. The young girl wins the CC and her first CACIB (at the first occation possible). Judge Mr. Mjareum Eivind from Norway.
Queeny's Judge report:
Excellent type, good proportions, very good balance for her ages, beautiful head and expression, good body condition, good movement.

We
got some news from Winterwater Creek’s D’Artagnan „Timmy“.
At
the International Dog show in Wieselburg (April 4, 09) 11 month old Timmy won
his class with excellent and got his second J-CC. Congratulations to his
owner Karl Leutgeb!
The
day after the show Timmy took part in the training day of the Austrian-
Jagdspanielclub where he demonstrated his excellent hunting abilities. Now we do
keep the fingers crossed for the boy’s first hunting test taking place end of
April!
On
March 27, Timmy was eyes-checked and was found to be clear of all hereditary
eye-diseases!
At the weekend of March 7 and 8 our Winterwater Creek Team started very successfully into the show- season 2009:
